For one of our international partners, we are looking for an experienced Global HR Operations Manager to lead and evolve their international HR Operations function.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee a global team through multiple management layers and play a key role in shaping the future of HR Service Delivery. You will partner with senior People leaders, Payroll, HR Technology and Centres of Expertise to ensure a seamless employee experience while driving operational excellence across the organisation.

This role combines strategic leadership, transformation and operational management at global scale.

• Lead a global HR Operations organisation through Team Leads and managers.
• Drive operational excellence across all HR Operations activities.
• Develop leaders and build high-performing, engaged teams.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the People function.
• Define, monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs and service standards.
• Use workforce data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead global HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Payroll, HR Technology, HR Advisory and Centres of Expertise.
• Champion employee experience through efficient and scalable HR service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations globally.

• Extensive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or People Operations.
• Experience leading leaders within a complex, international organisation.
• Proven success managing large-scale HR Service Delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience driving HR transformation and operational improvement.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
