Learning & Development Support Consultant

About the organization: A global Company committed to continuous learning and employee development is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Support Consultant to strengthen and scale its talent development initiatives. The organization prioritizes employee growth as a key driver of performance and seeks a collaborative, hands-on professional to help deliver impactful learning solutions.

Role summary:

The Learning & Development Support Consultant will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that build capabilities across the workforce. This role balances strategic program development with practical delivery and stakeholder support, contributing to a best-in-class learning ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to assess learning needs and define targeted development solutions.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led workshops, virtual sessions, and e-learning modules that engage diverse learner groups.
  • Measure program effectiveness using learner feedback, participation metrics and performance outcomes; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on development pathways and learning resources.
  • Maintain and update training content and resource libraries to ensure relevance and accessibility.
  • Support onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity and cultural integration.
  • Contribute to career progression and succession planning activities by aligning learning interventions to competency frameworks.
  • Monitor industry trends and learning best practices to introduce innovative approaches and technologies.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of several years' experience in learning & development, training design, or a comparable learning role.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and implementing effective training programs.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems and digital learning tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid organizational and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and timelines.
