Eraneos zoekt een HR Officer die de spil vormt achter onze HR-administratie. Je beheert dossiers, mutaties en rapportages en fungeert als sparringpartner voor medewerkers en managers. Je draagt bij aan doorontwikkeling van HR-processen en HR-systemen zodat de organisatie optimaal ondersteund wordt.
Je rapporteert aan het HR-team en werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega’s in binnen- en buitenland aan HR-projecten, procedures en compliance. Een proactieve, nauwkeurige aanpak is essentieel.
