Own the full hiring lifecycle, from intake, market mapping, and direct sourcing through assessment, offer, and onboarding, for roles across biofuels, environmental commodities, and renewable energy markets;
Translate hiring needs into clear role profiles, search strategies, and target company lists;
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight and a consultative approach;
Identify and engage passive talent for specialised roles across environmental commodity markets;
Use Linked In Recruiter, industry events, referrals, and personal networks to reach candidates who are not on the open market;
Maintain market intelligence on competitors, compensation benchmarks, and emerging talent trends;
Build and nurture long-term talent networks for critical commercial roles across the biofuels and renewables supply chain;
Develop talent pools supporting current openings and future global expansion into new markets and regions;
Track and re-engage strong candidates over time;
Help shape and professionalise the talent acquisition function;
Build and lead a small in-house recruitment team, setting standards, tools, and ways of working;
Manage relationships with external search firms for retained or specialised mandates.

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; 5+ Years of experience in talent acquisition, including significant experience in direct search, headhunting, or executive search;
Experience recruiting commercial profiles within biofuels, environmental commodities, renewable energy, commodities trading, or an adjacent industry;
Experience leading or mentoring junior recruiters, or clear ambition to step into a team lead role;
Fluent in English;
Skilled at assessing competencies and cultural alignment for commercial, client-facing roles;
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence advising and challenging senior hiring managers;
Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
Genuine interest in employer branding, inclusive hiring, and the energy transition;
