Senior Legal Counsel – Exor; vacature gesloten

HDDN Legal Search is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (around 10 yrs PQE) for the corporate team at the headquarters of a listed, globally operating and family-owned business.

To strengthen the team we are looking for a content driven Senior Legal Counsel for the corporate team based at the headquarters in Amsterdam (Zuidas).

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal support to the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary on a diverse legal spectrum with a focus on corporate, regulatory, governance and compliance matters.

• Master’s degree in Dutch Law;

• Around 10 years of relevant working experience gained in an international law firm and/or as in- house counsel;

• A broad legal background combining corporate and regulatory experience.

• Ability to identify and analyse complex legal issues;

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to combine this with a pragmatic and result oriented approach;

• Flexibility and ability to multitask, balance priorities and meet deadlines;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Dutch language;

• A team player with strong social skills.
