Your primary goal will be to work on commercial agreements and (structuring) projects in collaboration with the business and legal colleagues. You will add value to the Legal department by providing tailored advice and guidance to stakeholders such as the front office (sales traders and back office), IT, compliance and risk, and HR. As the market for sustainability certificates grows, ACT is increasingly entering into larger, long-term (>10 years) purchase and sale agreements.

Your role will be crucial in assisting the business with negotiating these contracts.
