Commercial Manager

About the role of Commercial Manager:

As Commercial Manager, you will be leading a project based in Amsterdam. It is currently a data centre valued at approx. £1bn which they are shrinking to build high rise apartments across 3 towers. You will be employed under their UK office and be predominately based in Amsterdam with all flights and accommodation paid for.

The main contractor have a construction and division arm operating across Europe. They have a strong pipeline for the upcoming year and are very financially sound. They predominately focus on schemes such as life science, tech, frameworks, residential and stadiums.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the next step in their career or an experienced Commercial Manager seeking an exciting opportunity abroad.

Key Responsibilities of Commercial Manager:

Attend regular team meetings
Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
Review project cash flows with team and present to Commercial Director
Maintain positive and successful client relationships
Managing full upstream process
Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
Final Accounts Key Requirements of Commercial Manager:

Experience and confident in a client facing role
Willing to travel to Amsterdam regularly
Experience leading high rise residential projects What's on offer:
