For a good client of mine I am looking for an Employee Experience Researcher that will join Employee Listening Team as soon as possible.
In this role you are part of a dynamic and fast-paced People Analytics team within the People department. You will be working in our headquarters in Amsterdam.
The Employee Listening Team is responsible for designing and executing the strategy to ensure that we listen to our employees at moments that matter and that we build our Employee Experience with the employee in mind.
For an exciting project, we're looking for a dedicated Employee Experience Researcher who will focus on Real Estate and Workspace Services (REWS), specifically addressing critical unknowns regarding future office utilization and optimizing office investments for maximum Return On Investment and a positive employee experience. This role will focus on deep, iterative insights and end-to-end exploration of new and existing ideas, products, processes, and technologies related to our physical work environment and the hybrid work model.
Your biggest contribution will be designing and running E2E research programs to explore different user needs, ideation, and testing of potential solutions for our campus strategy. The goal will be to gather insights into our employees' needs, pain points, and behaviors related to office attendance, demand management, and facility utilization so we can improve their overall workplace experience and inform strategic investments.
You will have interaction with senior management, our advanced analytics team, our Real Estate and Workplace Services Team and our IT Services team and work across a number of people on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute digital experience insights projects:
Leverage deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods and design thinking to gather insights into our employees' experiences with the physical office and hybrid work environment. - Provide thought leadership on improving the overall REWS experience and informing future strategy.
- Be the employees' advocate, ensuring their needs are central to design and development decisions for office spaces and services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to advise on office design improvements, demand management strategies, and inform new strategies across REWS, at every stage of design and implementation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure we are gathering quick and iterative feedback on key REWS initiatives and decisions.
- Support stakeholders in transitioning towards employee-centered workplace development and service design approaches and strategy.
- Design and deliver educational resources required to educate stakeholders about experience and service design research.
- Collaborate with People colleagues, REWS teams, and senior leadership to represent employees' needs related to the physical workplace and to challenge ideas and assumptions empathetically on key REWS topics.
- Leverage workshops and interactive sessions to truly partner with stakeholders across the entire research and office design process.
- Establish and maintain strong credible relationships with multiple Subject Matter Expert Teams and senior leadership within People and REWS.
- Quickly translate a diverse and complex range of data sources into clear and actionable insights across all elements of the workplace experience, through engaging visualisations.
- Combine results from internal and external studies into compelling insights for various stakeholders across the People and REWS departments that inspire action and identify innovative ways to include stakeholders in this process.
- 5+ years' research delivery in a consultancy, agency, or in-house setting, preferably with experience in HR, employee experience, or workplace strategy.
- Master's degree or higher in (organizational) psychology, behavioral sciences, HCI, economics, or similar (more experience can substitute for this).
