We are looking for a structured and proactive mid‑level Project Manager to join our creative and digital team as a maternity leave cover. This fixed‑term position offers the opportunity to work on exciting international projects across branding, marketing, digital, and creative production. In this role you will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects.
You will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams while maintaining high‑quality delivery, clear communication, and strong operational structure.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage ongoing relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and support project scoping, proposals, budgets, and contracts
- Lead end‑to‑end project and client management across multiple projects
- Set up and maintain project plans, timelines, and calendars
- Coordinate and run internal and client meetings
- Oversee budgets, invoicing, and project financials
- Manage stakeholders and ensure projects stay on track in scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables
- Manage resources and allocate team members across projects
- Handle project extensions, amendments, and change orders
- Ensure clear communication between clients, creatives, developers, and leadership
- Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues
Support process improvements and operational efficiency across projects
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or client services
- Experience working in a creative agency, digital agency, consulting environment, or similar
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross‑functional creative and digital teams
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Be proactive, structured, and self‑driven in your work
- Flexibility to accommodate evening meetings with US‑based clients
- Strong interest in the creative and digital industry
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
