Job Description

We are looking for a Data Center Lead to join our Amsterdam based team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of the Data Center construction business for the Benelux region. This is a key role within our organisation in a fast paced and high growth industry segment.

Responsibilities:

Defining and carrying out the Data Center business development strategy, setting out a long term vision for the Netherlands (and maybe Belgium)

Responsible for Business Generation (client engagement, bid generation and conversion).

Building strong client relations through strategic level discussions and accompanying them in all the different project phases.

Project Set-up and Delivery Assurance (including a level of billability/ utilisation).

Ensuring that all projects are being delivered in a timely and qualitative manner. Managing for Margin.

Defining and regularly following up on project deliverables and KPIs.

Building the right teams for each project, making sure that we set ourselves up for success.

Team Development (pipeline, recruit and develop).

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience in the Data Center field, in senior, leadership roles.

Strategic mindset, able to set out long term plans for the business.

Project/ Construction Management.

Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication.

Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, including providing well-thought out solutions.

Full fluency in English - Dutch is a nice to have.
