Als Teamleider Warehouse werk je in een van onze warehouses, waar we dagelijks de in- en uitstroom van duizenden boodschappen begeleiden.
- Je geeft leiding aan Assistent Teamleiders en Warehouse Medewerkers, die in de verschillende hallen van ons warehouse verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontvangen, checken en picken van alle producten.
- Je zorgt dat je team gemotiveerd is en efficiënt en veilig werkt.
- Je bent kritisch en proactief over verbeteringen van onze processen die altijd sneller, veiliger en schoner kunnen.
- Je ontwikkelt je leiderschapsskills en helpt de mensen in je team met gerichte coaching stappen te zetten in hun ontwikkeling.
