Cordaan in Amsterdam is op zoek naar een ervaren teammanager voor de locatie Hof van Sloten met 30 FTE zorgpersoneel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg en de dagelijkse leiding van jouw team.
In deze rol ben je ook betrokken bij het managementteam en focus je op cultuurverandering en ontwikkeling van zowel medewerkers als zorgprocessen. Wij bieden een contract voor 32-36 uur per week met een salaris tussen €4.157 en €6.171 per maand.
