Salesrecruiters zoekt een Teamlead Strategic Accounts & Partnerships in Amsterdam. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het commercieel maximaliseren van contracten en het uitbouwen van strategische partnerships. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe stakeholders, waarbij je een team van vier Accountmanagers aanstuurt.
Daarnaast geef je leiding en coaching om het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen en bewaak je KPI’s en commerciële resultaten. Deze rol vraagt een gestructureerde aanpak binnen complexe salestrajecten.
