- Leading and managing CDD projects, ensuring superior results and client satisfaction.
- Developing insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding A&M’s profile in the CDD market.
- Contributing to the development of service methodologies and thought leadership within the firm.
- Building and fostering strong client relationships.
- Supporting recruitment, team development, and motivation, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Extensive experience leading Commercial Due Diligence projects and growth strategy engagements.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality results, particularly within the Private Equity environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.

- Hands‑on, non-hierarchical leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration across all levels.
