Strategic M&A Integration & Carve- Director

Philips International is seeking an M&A Integration & Disentanglement Director in Amsterdam to lead complex integration and carve-out execution across global M&A activities. You will manage cross-functional teams, establish governance structures, and ensure program resources are adequately aligned.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and significant decision-making involvement at executive levels. Candidates should have substantial experience in post-merger integration, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of M&A transactions.

This position necessitates office presence three days a week, with occasional travel expected.
