We are looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to drive enterprise‑wide process standardisation, data‑driven continuous improvements, and strategic scalability to meet customer demands. This will be a leadership role within our Data Center organization. This team includes Data Center Operations, Construction, and Design Engineering.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and process mapping to optimise operations, supply chain, maintenance, and incident response; conduct audits, root‑cause analyses, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Develop global KPIs, dashboards, SOPs/EOPs/MOPs, and training programmes; implement automation, AI/ML for predictive maintenance, and PDCA cycles for continuous uptime (99.999%+).
• Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, construction commissioning, risk/compliance (ISO, SOC, ESG), and cross‑site standardisation; advise on capex/opex efficiencies and customer SLAs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, foster a culture of excellence, and report to executives on metrics like OEE, scrap/rework reduction, and financial impacts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering (electrical/mechanical); PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or PE licence preferred; 8‑15+ years in critical facilities, 5+ in leadership.
• Proficiency in DCIM/CMMS tools, BMS, data analytics, ERP; deep knowledge of MEP systems (UPS, gensets, chillers, HVAC), regulatory standards, and hyperscale topologies.
• Strategic mindset for innovation (digital twins, sustainability); excellent stakeholder management across regions/time zones, matching your multisite experience.
