What you’ll do:You’ll manage large-scale telematics installation projects for key customers, coordinating third-party installation partners and acting as the main point of contact during deployments. The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational oversight

The Field Service Project Manager will oversee the service department’s budget, identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and monitor service-related expenses, including revisions, warranties, and SLAs. They will ensure compliance with service agreements to validate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Customer Success Management, and Administration teams. Additionally, the position requires occasional travel to meet installation partners and support the management of strategic accounts.
You’ll:
- Lead complex, high-volume installation projects: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing installations projects (High Volume deployments for Key customers requiring Tailor-made adjustments, like additional hardware, complex preparation for integration of software and/or hardware) of our solutions.
- Stakeholder management experience, being the main point of contact during deployments
- Manage and optimize a network of external installation partners

You will be enrolling and managing 3rd parties Installation partners (IPs
) in the designated area (precise expectations, SLA analysis, theoretical trainings); - Monitor KPIs, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Control budgets, review costs (warranties, SLAs), and validate invoicing
- Support Sales in pre-sales and project execution
- Work closely with internal teams (Customer support, Sales, CSM) and clients
- ~5 years in project management (customer-facing) with knowledge of project management methods.
- Technical affinity for Telematics, EVs and related topics to vehicles/technology is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Your ability to connect with stakeholders, creating relationship and federating people around your goals will be key here.
- MS Office software (especially Excel), Salesforce is a plus
- English + Dutch mandatory
- Bonus: experience with telematics/automotive tech, Salesforce, Excel
