Kernverantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven aan de financiële rapportage, budgettering en forecasting binnen de groep.
- Ondersteunen van de CFO bij strategische projecten, zoals integratie van nieuwe landen of overnames.
- Coördineren en implementeren van controlling-beleid en KPI-rapportages.
- Verbeteren van financiële processen en zorgen voor kostenefficiëntie en prestatieverbetering.
- Ondersteunen van regionale financiële teams en fungeren als financieel aanspreekpunt voor de business.
- Zorgdragen voor compliance met IFRS-standaarden en interne controlemechanismen.
- Master in economie of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende financiële functie binnen een internationale omgeving.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, ervaring met BI-tools en bij voorkeur SAP.
- Sterke analytische, leidinggevende en veranderingsmanagementvaardigheden.
- Ervaring met fusies en overnames en kennis van de logistieke sector.
