Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MES Program Lead ATSC (Advanced Therapies Supply Chain) to drive the deployment of a future-state MES across sites. You will lead site PMs with a global SME team, align plans, manage interdependencies, and ensure readiness across all work streams.
The role requires strong program management, budgeting for a $75–$100 million portfolio, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Hybrid work between multiple locations is supported.
