Job Overview
Position: MES Program Lead ATSC (Advanced Therapies Supply Chain) – Digital Strategy & Deployment
Location:
Hybrid – Spring House, PA (alternate locations: Raritan, NJ; Gent, Belgium; South Holland, Netherlands). Focus on the location that aligns with your preferences.

- Accountable for the deployment of the future state end‑to‑end Manufacturing Execution System solution across ATSC sites.
- Lead site‑based project managers with support from a global team of Subject Matter Experts on batch record modelling, automation integration, business standardization, and quality.
- Ensure smooth implementation across all program functions and work streams, including solution readiness, business readiness, and transition to end‑state.
- Project manage and govern program activities, serving as primary conduit to Business Sponsor/Leads across PMO, JJT, and other collaborators to ensure objectives are achieved, interdependencies handled, and risks mitigated.
- Provide financial stewardship for a $75–$100million program budget, partnering with cross‑functional teams to validate overall program business plan and project‑level cost estimates.
- Develop aligned, integrated project plans, timelines, and clearly defined results in collaboration with site project leads.
- Identify and navigate interdependencies, risks, and challenges across sites and programs, establishing controls, cadence, and mitigation strategies.
- Support local deployment and enable consistent, predictable project execution aligned with planned outcomes.
- Help sites and the broader program achieve intended objectives, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the global program team through capability building aligned with ATSC priorities.
- Drive standardization, cost‑benefit decision‑making, and continuous improvement through collaboration with JJT, DOTS, QA, BE, and IM MAKE MES members.
- Deliver clear, engaging program updates for senior leaders, providing insights into program progress, trends, and future outlook.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, IT, or related field. - Minimum 10years of relevant work experience.
- Deep knowledge of MES deployment strategy and processes.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Preferred: experience in Advanced Therapies manufacturing process.
- Proven hands‑on project management/delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with a track record of influencing and collaborating to achieve results.
- People‑management experience.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong team‑management and interdependent partnering abilities.
- Effective project, timeline, and change‑management skills.
- Preferred:
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written and oral forms. - Ability to embed a culture of harmonization, process improvement, and value creation.
