Parfumado is scaling across Europe and seeks a senior, entrepreneurial leader to own the fragrance category in Benelux and emerging markets while guiding Parfumado's launch into new markets such as Germany. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, growing our assortment and opening partnerships with brand houses, distributors and retail partners.
You will set commercial foundations for new markets, manage KPI-driven performance, and mentor junior team members as the category expands.
