Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Amsterdam seeks a Commercial Booking Office Manager to lead a team of up to 15 and partner with the Operations Department, Senior Reservation Manager and regional teams to drive MICE business and set strategy.
The role requires a Business Administration degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or sales, and strong CRM/reservation system skills. Based in Hoofddorp with travel to hotels and locations across the region.
