GVB zoekt een energieke coördinator Werkplaats Tram die de verbindende schakel is tussen techniek, planning en uitvoering in Amsterdam. Je stuurt circa 30 monteurs aan, bewaakt onderhouds- en storingsprocessen en zorgt voor veilige, efficiënte en tijdige uitvoering.
Je houdt de planning strak, prioriteert werk en schakelt snel bij storingen. Je coacht monteurs, fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en beheert urenregistratie en materiaalverbruik.
