Het BovenIJ is op zoek naar een ervaren zorgmanager voor de Spoedpost in Amsterdam-Noord. Je bewaakt zorginhoudelijke, kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve resultaten en rapporteert aan de Raad van Bestuur.
Je ontwikkelt de meerjaarlijkse Plan BovenIJ 2030 en werkt samen met huisartsen en partners in de regio. Je geeft leiding aan het team en stimuleert persoonlijk leiderschap terwijl je de transitie naar taakvolwassen teams zet.
