Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland zoekt een Teamleider Amstelveen Zonnehuis de Luwte PG die 32–36 uur per week leiding geeft aan één of meerdere teams en verantwoordelijk is voor ontwikkeling, kwaliteit en resultaten. Je rapporteert aan de locatiemanager. Je brengt veranderingen in zorgprocessen en personeelsbeleid tot uitvoering en bouwt mee aan een warme, professionele zorgomgeving voor bewoners
