Stichting GGZ in Geest zoekt een afdelingsmanager FACT-teams. Je geeft leiding aan twee FACT-teams, één ACT-team en aan een FACT Ouderen-team, en werkt nauw samen met psychiaters, psychologen, casemanagers en IPS-coaches.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg, HR en financiën; je zet verbetertrajecten uit en vertaalt centraal beleid naar tactische uitvoering. Het betreft een onbepaalde tijds aanstelling binnen diverse locaties in Amsterdam e.o.
