Aan de slag voor Ani Cura als P&O Business Partner ben je de strategische en operationele sparringpartner voor onze klinieken. Je ondersteunt praktijkmanagers en regiomanager bij alles wat nodig is voor sterke teams: van instroom tot verzuim, performance en retentie, in een organisatie waar dieren centraal staan.
Je hebt minimaal 5–9 jaar ervaring in P&O, een HBO-niveau in HRM/ MER of Bedrijfskunde en uitstekende Nederlands- en Engels vaardigheden.
