GGZ NHN zoekt een teamleider Jeugd & Gezin om twee ambulante teams in Alkmaar aan te sturen. Je combineert aandacht voor mensen met een duidelijke kijk op kwaliteit, ontwikkeling en resultaat en werkt aan verbeteringen in werk- en zorgprocessen.
Je maakt deel uit van een compact leiderschapsteam van vier teamleiders en werkt samen met de manager bedrijfsvoering en de manager behandelzaken aan personele inzet, teamontwikkeling en zorgkwaliteit.
