Junior Brand Manager Part time - Careers

We are looking for a dynamic, fashion addicted and well organized person who will have the responsibility to:

. Grow Brand awareness and coolness in the Netherlands

. Drive the right target to our 2 stores in Amsterdam and Utrecht and to our global e.commerce

We are open to evaluate a part time job ( 3 days a week) . 2 Saturdays per month must be spent in store

Main Tasks

• Scout and Keep in touch with our core target (school ambassadors or top local girls) in our store, in competitors stores, in front of schools and in key locations where target is used to spend time.

• Organize Focus groups with our target to collect relevant informations

• Create content ( video/photo) in store or outside to generate buzz on social media

• Explore and propose ideas to increase awareness online and offline

• Manage our social media channels ( instagram/youtube/Tik tok) in collaboration with the Headquarter

• Screening, contact and management of fashion bloggers/ local micro influencers or youtubers/tik tokkers ( including negotiation and contracts with their agents)

• Create from A to z local initiatives , promotions, events based on specific market needs

Requirements

• 1 Year experience in social media/retail marketing is preferred but not mandatory

• Fashion addicted and with a passion for social media

• Ambitious and well organized person: passionate to meet goals and deadlines

• Fluent in English and basic Italian is a plus but not mandatory

• Positive, able to work in large and diverse teams

• Available for business trips to Italy and across NL
