Develop a strong, creative, out-of-the-box acquisition plan to recruit new customers. Identify opportunities, apply them to our organisational context, and deploy new initiatives to achieve acquisition goals. You are a powerful Senior Marketing Manager who is highly motivated to deliver the best value for both customers and the company. You combine strong strategic skills with analytical and creative capabilities. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and collaboration-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive, creative acquisition plan from the full breadth of the marketing mix
  • Identify (new) growth segments and channel initiatives
  • Drive relevant proposition development and explore collaboration opportunities
  • Optimize conversion opportunities through data-driven performance marketing
  • Challenge existing organizational approaches and current initiatives
  • Ensure operational readiness for handover to the acquisition team (11 FTE)
  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on customer insights, competitor analysis, and organizational strengths/weaknesses assessment
Essential Experience & Skills
  • 10 years of work experience as a Senior Marketing Manager in strategic marketing and/or sales in a B2C environment
  • Proven track record in corporate organizations within a similar field
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing strong commercial plans focused on new customer acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills for SWOT assessment (organizational strengths/weaknesses market opportunities/threats)
  • Deep expertise in data-driven performance marketing, campaign optimization, and effective personalization/targeting
  • Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to manage results, drive sales intention, and continuously renew sales activities
  • Experience stimulating employees in a data-driven, learning (corporate) organization
  • Languages:

    Excellent command of Dutch and English (written and spoken)
