As a Campaign Manager Luxe you’ll be responsible for the full influencer marketing scope for top-tier brands such as:
Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Armani, HR, Carita Paris, Biotherm, Aesop, Valentino, Prada, miu miu, Maison Margiela, Viktor & Rolf, Ralph Lauren, Diesel, Cacharel, Atelier Cologne, iT cosmetics, Kiehl s, Urban Decay, Youth to the People, Takami, shu uemura, and Yue sai. From luxury skincare to cutting-edge fragrance: this is your stage for creativity, data-driven leadership, and global impact. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, influencer campaigns and results within your specific division.
Cross-division thinking is second nature to you: you spot opportunities to collaborate and safeguard the cross-category standards set by L Oréal on a global level. You are the primary point of contact for various division leaders, working in an innovative, ambitious and diverse team.
Act as the Campaign Manager for the stunning L Oréal Luxe portfolio; you are the first point of contact for all influencer campaigns within these high-profile brands.
Receive briefs from L Oréal and build high-level strategic and creative influencer campaign proposals, together with the SAMY and team5pm specialists.
Spot, brief, and onboard the best influencer talent for each brand—across Belgian, Dutch, and international markets.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: create robust content calendars, track performance, adjust strategies, and ensure every activation radiates luxury standards.
Ensure seamless communication between brands, influencers, and our internal teams during events and brand activations.
Collaborate with booking and data teams to drive negotiation strategies, identify market trends, and deliver in-depth post-campaign insights.
Resolve any issues with agility and an eye for opportunity; you act as a strategic troubleshooter.
Aggregate influencer results, extract valuable insights, and proactively pitch new opportunities for your assigned brands.
Supervise all legal and financial processes to guarantee compliance across luxury brands.
Mentor and guide (junior) team members and interns and help elevate our standard of excellence.
You’ve got about 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing or something similar, and you know exactly how to run campaigns from A to Z, working with luxury brands or in a premium environment.
You really understand the luxury market and your background is either from a top agency or client side. Experience in the Benelux is a huge plus.
You’re always on top of social trends, and you know exactly how influencer marketing works: what’s hot, what works, and how to spot opportunities.
You’re organized and structured, and people enjoy working alongside you because you bring both positivity and a solution-first mindset.
You’re confident with Excel, and you know how to dive into data, spot insights, and create impactful, clear reports.
You’re able to juggle multiple projects at once and feel comfortable switching gears when required.
You’re fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. If you can also get by in French, that’s a definite bonus!
