Online Marketeer

As an online marketing specialist at DUTCH DESIGN AGENCY, you will be working alongside a dedicated team of creatives including designers, project managers and copywriters. You’ll be working with global, high-end clients across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries, utilising your skills as an online marketeer to optimise their digital performance.

What will you do?

• Develop and manage our clients’ digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies to drive online traffic to our clients’ websites/social media platforms.
• Track conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?
• Implement paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
• Raise brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital marketing budgets and resources to maximise ROAS and ROI.
• Stay on top of, and review, new technology trends and opportunities to ensure our clients remain ahead of the curve.

What do you need?

• A passion for the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries.
• Bachelor degree in communications, media, business or a related field.
• Experience with content management systems and email marketing tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Tik Tok Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• At least 2 years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• A proactive and hands-on mentality.
• Strong client interaction skills, and confidence in communicating with key stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• You are available full-time (32–40 hours per week) and live in or around the Amsterdam area.
