Our international partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Global Talent Marketing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you ll support global employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives that shape how talent experiences the brand worldwide.

This is a hands-on position that combines creative campaign execution with opportunities to influence global recognition programs and optimize digital channels in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. • Plan, coordinate, and execute global recruitment marketing campaigns with the Employer Branding Lead and Events team
• Deliver smooth, impactful recruitment events - managing timelines, assets, digital promotion, and on-site coordination
• Take ownership of smaller event deliveries, ensuring alignment with employer brand guidelines
• Manage and update the careers website (Word Press) with accurate, engaging content
• Support the global employer recognition program with ideas, insights, and digital campaigns
• Assist with social media content planning and performance tracking for employer brand channels
• Use data and insights to optimise campaigns and report on success

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an international environment
• Hands-on experience with Word Press and strong knowledge of digital marketing channels
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Fluent in English with sharp copywriting skills and attention to detail

• Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance optimisation
• Creative thinker with persistence and a sense of urgency
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
