Junior Marketing & CRM Specialist

We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Marketing & CRM Specialist with a passion for marketing technology, automation, and CRM. If you’re curious about how business processes, data, and digital tools come together to drive customer engagement, this role is the perfect starting point.

As a Junior Marketing & CRM Specialist at Assist Digital, you will work on improving business processes, implementing marketing automation, and developing Salesforce-based solutions for a range of clients. You will learn how to translate customer needs into both practical and scalable solutions. While balancing both the technical and commercial sides of each project.

• Collaborate with your team to gather and analyze client requirements;
• Help design future‑proof solutions based on those requirements;
• Configure and implement solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem;
• Advise colleagues and clients on best practices and optimization;
• Support the Sales team during pre‑sales activities and client pitches;
• Manage multiple projects to ensure high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction;
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively.

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business & IT, Computer Science or a related field;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Preferably some experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language (verbally and written);
• Passion for marketing technology and CRM.
