Head of Marketing

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (3 days a week in the office unless under exceptional circumstances)

They are now seeking a talented Senior Marketeer to lead, execute, and drive the marketing efforts for our clients in the EMEA region.

Job Description:

Are you a marketing visionary with a passion for innovation and AI? Do you thrive in a dynamic role that encompasses digital marketing, social media, events, and more? If so, this could be the ideal role as Head of Marketing for our client in the EMEA region.

The role would be tasked with working with the CCO of the business to build the marketing strategy. This would entail both strategic and tactical projects, including budget management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as well as management responsibility for two resources with plans to grow that headcount over the coming months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Presence:
  Manage and optimize our client's websites and social media platforms to ensure they showcase the latest content and convey key messages consistently.
• Engagement Campaigns:
  Develop and execute campaigns to engage, acquire, and foster loyalty among our client's target audiences, which include enterprises, external trainers, training partners, and AI professionals.
• Strategic Insight:
  Gain a deep understanding of our client's value proposition and target audience needs, translating them into a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Performance Analysis:
  Analyze campaign and event performance, providing recommendations for future enhancements and optimization.
• Annual Marketing Plan:
  Contribute to the development of an annual marketing plan that aligns with our client's business goals.
• Marketing Automation:
  Optimize, scale, and enhance marketing activities using marketing automation systems, learner data, and customer data.
• Event Support:
  Drive and support internal and external customer-focused events.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in online marketing within an international B2B context.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and collaboration with paid search agencies.
• Familiarity with creative, CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding business goals.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Exceptional social skills, including storytelling and innovative thinking.
• Interest in and understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its industry applications.
• Occasional travel required, with office presence in Amsterdam (3 days a week preferred).
