Purpose and contribution to company strategy

The purpose of this role is to support the growth and development of the Americas region by building, operating and continuously improving a reliable and scalable demand generation engine, with a strong focus on the US market. This role translates strategic priorities into structured execution across campaigns, systems and processes, ensuring operational discipline, data-driven decision-making and measurable performance outcomes.

The Marketing Specialist Americas contributes to the company’s growth strategy by strengthening the marketing foundation in the region, improving funnel efficiency, accelerating learning cycles and supporting revenue-generating initiatives such as inbound campaigns, paid media and field marketing activities. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager Americas and interfaces with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with global frameworks while addressing regional execution needs

Key result areas and main activities Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
  • Build, execute and optimize demand generation campaigns across key channels (paid media, email, inbound and marketing automation).
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured campaign execution within Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Support lead generation, nurturing and funnel progression initiatives aligned with regional goals.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed with strong operational discipline and clear performance tracking.
Performance, Data & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance across channels, identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Establish performance baselines and support continuous improvement through testing and experimentation.
  • Use data and performance frameworks to improve conversion rates, lead quality and funnel efficiency.
  • Apply AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve execution efficiency and insight generation
Marketing Operations & Systems
  • Ensure reliable and consistent use of marketing systems and processes (Salesforce, Pardot, paid media platforms).
  • Maintain campaign structure, data accuracy and operational hygiene to support scalable execution.
  • Support reporting and performance reviews with accurate and timely data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution and handover to sales.
Field Marketing & Events Support (US)
  • Support the execution of field marketing initiatives and in-person events in the US market.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support post-event lead follow-up and integration into marketing and sales workflows.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in hands‑on B2B marketing, demand generation or performance marketing roles
  • Proven experience executing and optimizing campaigns across paid media, email and marketing automation channels
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot preferred; similar platforms acceptable)
  • Experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Linked In Campaign Manager
