• Use conversation starters and reminders provided by the foundation to keep exchanges engaging.
• Participate in optional real‑life meetings and annual events.
• Help schedule meetings or activities so they suit both parties.

• Willingness to communicate and build a friendship with an older friend.
• Ability to commit to a regular schedule.
• Good written communication skills and courteous tone.
