BovenIJ is op zoek naar een coördinator vrijwilligers die de inzet van vrijwilligers binnen het ziekenhuis coördineert en organiseert. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter werving, inzet en beleidsmatige vormgeving van ons vrijwilligerswerk.
Je inventariseert behoeften, adviseert over inzet en weet vraag en aanbod af te stemmen. Je bindt vrijwilligers aan de organisatie en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt, zowel intern als extern.
