Day Coordinator at Buitenhof

De Regenboog Groep, in collaboration with HVO-Querido, has launched a temporary housing facility for the economically homeless:
De Buitenhof in Buitenveldert. At De Buitenhof, De Regenboog supports 87 people in finding a permanent place to live, either in or outside Amsterdam.

For this location, we are looking for a day coordinator with a big heart, who will ensure that daily operations at De Buitenhof run smoothly, for 16 hours per week

As the Buitenhof “day coordinator,” you’ll work with your colleagues to provide a pleasant and safe temporary living space for the residents. Working closely with the social workers, you’ll assist residents in their search for permanent housing and in stabilizing other areas of their lives. This includes strengthening their support network and/or managing their debt. There’s also room to organize activities on-site.
