Chef de Parti

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Parti to join our culinary teams and uphold the exceptional standards of Ferilli’s Hospitality Group. As Chef de Parti, you will ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation while maintaining the presentation and taste.

• Execute innovative and authentic Italian menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary creativity
• Be a valued member of our kitchen team, maintain a collaborative and positive work environment
• Train and develop your culinary techniques, food safety standards, and adherence to recipes and plating guidelines
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality throughout all kitchen areas

• Proven experience as a Chef de Parti in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant
• In-dept knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients and culinary techniques
• Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
