SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER OOH
POSITIONAs a key member of the sales team, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with Oatly’s partners in the OOH channel. You will be the spokesperson for Oatly in the Dutch market, embracing and sharing the company's values. Your goal is to ensure that Oatly is recognized as a key partner to our clients, with the objective of growing our joint business long-term.
You will report directly to the Head Of Sales Benelux, Anne-Fleur Jansen.
- Develop and maintain trustful relationships with a portfolio of partners;
- Develop strategy and plans to acquire new accounts and grow in the OOH market; lead the execution of this strategy with colleagues;
- Plan for new product launches and promotions;
- Negotiate annually and drive business growth;
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and support planning and logistics to ensure product availability;
- Explore market opportunities to expand product reach and achieve growth;
- Manage customer P&L’s;
- Coordinate with Marketing to plan and execute creative, local events to increase brand presence;
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility through events;
- Participate in sales and marketing conferences and meetings at local and national levels;
- Coach colleague Account Managers in OOH using your experience to meet annual goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BSc/MSc in business administration, sales, or relevant field;
- Relevant experience in Key Account Management within FMCG;
- Experience managing P&L;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- System proficiency, including Power BI and Nielsen.
