AboutThe Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our fast-growing scale‑up. As a founding AE, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals—with the grit, hunger, and adaptability needed to thrive in a fast‑moving environment. You’ll engage with a diverse range of clients and markets, build lasting relationships, and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.

What you’ll do- Manage the Full Sales Cycle
: from lead to close, owning revenue outcomes. - Exceed targets by converting qualified leads and creating new opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in IT, Operations, and HR.
- Understand customer pain points and translate them into tailored solutions and business cases.
- Collaborate with marketing, BDRs, and customer success to align efforts and continuously improve our go‑to‑market approach.
- Contribute ideas to help scale processes, refine messaging, and grow smarter as a team.
- Thrive in an uncapped commission system with accelerators that reward over performance.
- +5 years of experience in sales: proven experience in a B2B commercial role in SaaS/Tech
, with a track record of meetings, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in an Account Executive position. - Strong communication
: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences. - Proactive sales approach
: comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and building relationships from scratch, using multichannel methods. - Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPICE.
- Process‑driven
: skilled in managing a sales pipeline and tracking progress with an data‑driven mindset. - Tech‑savvy
: familiar with tools such as Excel, Office
365, Salesfinity, PowerPoint, Hub Spot, Dripify, Cognism, and Linked In Sales Navigator to report on activities and iteratively improve performance based on results.
