Account Manager – eCommerce (Benelux) Job Overview

As a Key Account Manager – eCommerce (Benelux), you will play a critical role in accelerating our digital growth across the Benelux region, with a sharp focus on winning and scaling within the marketplace ecosystem.
This role owns the commercial success of key Dutch and Belgian eCommerce partners, including You will lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of your accounts, applying a rarely satisfied mindset to continuously raise the bar on performance. Success in this role requires strong commercial ownership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to move with impatience for action in a fast-paced, consumer-obsessed environment.
What You’ll Do:- Take full ownership of key Benelux eCommerce accounts, including and other priority marketplace partners, acting as the commercial lead for your portfolio.
- Develop and execute high-impact eCommerce sales strategies that exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets across assigned accounts and product categories.
- Optimize digital shelf performance by managing product listings, content, assortment, and availability, leveraging platform-specific tools to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Plan and coordinate online commercial activities, including Retail Media and off-platform activation, to drive traffic, conversion, and return on investment.
- Own demand forecasting for assigned accounts and manage promotional investment to ensure alignment with sales targets and profitability KPIs.
- Lead commercial negotiations with retail partners, securing mutually beneficial agreements that support sustainable, long-term growth.
- Closely monitor market trends, competitor pricing, promotional activity, and sales performance to identify risks and unlock new growth opportunities within the Benelux eCommerce landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and eCommerce teams,
communicating for impact to ensure flawless execution. - Continuously challenge assumptions, embrace progress over perfection
, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions to keep Shark Ninja ahead of the competition.
- Proven experience managing major Benelux eCommerce or marketplace accounts, with strong knowledge of the ecosystem.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable sales strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence presenting performance insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly analytical mindset combined with a strong bias for action and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to win as a team across internal functions and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
