Partnerships play a strategic role in Multi Safepay s growth. As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, these collaborations become increasingly important. As Partner Manager for Point-Of-Sale (POS), you will develop and manage relationships with new technology partners, including independent software vendors (ISVs), SaaS platforms and cash register systems, driving joint go-to-market strategies. You understand their challenges and help them with customised solutions that make payments easier, more secure and more profitable for their customers and the platforms themselves.
In this role, you work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) and external partners to deliver optimal payment solutions. Your commercial skills and knowledge of both SaaS and the payment industry directly contribute to our growth and success in a dynamic market.
What will you be doing?- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with ISV, SaaS and Cash Register partners, acting as the primary point of contact to drive mutual growth and success.
- Understanding the partners needs and advising on the use of our APIs, white-label solutions, and payment products
- Developing and execute joint business plans with partners, focusing on market expansion and revenue generation
- Collaborating with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration of Multi Safepay s payment solutions into partner platforms
- Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns and sales strategies
- Tracking and analysing partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities
- Fluent in Flemish, French and English
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the Fin Tech or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing ISV partnerships
- Understanding of payment solutions (both offline & online) and integration processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
