Overview
AFS Energy is growing, and so is the Biomethane team! We are looking for a sales-driven mastermind with strong communication skills who will support the Eastern Europe desk by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients. We require someone who is fluent in Polish, English and any Slavic languages.

This position is about picking up the phone, building relationships, and closing deals — day in and day out. We are looking for someone who thrives on the hustle of sales, isn’t afraid of rejection, and lives for the thrill of closing a new deal. If you are fluent in Polish, English and any other Slavic languages, approach every call with energy, and are eager to grow in the renewable energy space while upholding our core values, this could be the next step in your career.
Responsibilities- Call, call, and call – (cold) calling is 90% of the job.
- Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients.
- Keep yourself updated about regulatory/market changes.
- Talk to people all day — build relationships, pitch deals, and close.
- Close deals.
- Driving cross-selling opportunities: at AFS, we offer a range of renewable products that can be tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.
- Oversee the post-deal process, including client onboarding, contract completion, and ensuring accurate CRM updates.
- Keep grinding until the deal is done. Then start again.
