What you’ll doAs a Sales Intern at Adsomnia, you will work closely with the Head of Business Development to support advertiser relationships and campaign execution across different traffic sources. You will be involved from the ground up and gain broad exposure to how advertiser accounts are managed in a performance marketing environment. This internship is designed for students who are looking for a long-term opportunity: someone who wants to start as an intern, grow into a full-time Account Manager role, and take increasing ownership over advertiser accounts.
Yourresponsibilities as our Sales Intern:
Account and Sales Support: Support day-to-day advertiser communication and assist in managing advertiser relationships.
Campaign Coordination: Help coordinate campaign setups, tracking requirements, creatives, and updates across different traffic sources.
Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring campaign KPIs such as volume, conversion rates, and lead quality, and help identify trends or irregularities.
Reporting and Insights: Support the preparation of performance summaries and internal reports to help evaluate results and next steps.
Internal
Collaboration:
Work with traffic, BI, and technical teams to support smooth campaign execution.Learning and Development: Build a strong foundation in performance marketing, lead generation, tracking, and advertiser management.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Data, or a related field);
- Strong interest in sales, account management, and digital marketing;
- Ambition to grow into a full-time role within account management or sales after the internship;
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented way of working;
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility;
- Fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
- A hands-on internship with real responsibilities and exposure to core business activities;
- Direct mentorship and learning from the person currently managing advertiser accounts;
- The opportunity to help build the Account Management function from scratch;
- A dynamic, international, and informal work environment;
- Strong possibility of a full-time position as Junior Account Manager after a successful internship.
