Job Description
About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity as Field Sales Manager in our Away From Home team. The position is part of the Benelux Business Unit, reports into the Away From Home Director. You are in the driving seat to help boost our sales and coach your account managers towards excellent performance. You will be leading, training & supervising a team of 10 regional Account managers in the Be Ne Lux .
Your responsibilities will primarily be:
- Team Leadership and Management: Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching our Account managers. You set individual and team sales targets, motivate the team and monitor performance, often conducting on-the-job coaching.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Your input is key in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets. You analyze market trends with data, identify new business opportunities, and align field activities with other departments.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You will be tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data, and preparing regular reports on sales activity and results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and resolving customer complaints.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring compliance with company policies, approving expenses, and managing your sales budget.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- At least a Bachelor degree.
- You have a minimum of 4 years experience in Sales and proven experience as a manager.
- Valid driver’s licence for Field Travel.
- You have affinity with the Horeca channel and our brands.
- You are an excellent communicator and have a data driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Sales Force/CRM systems or similar customer specific data platforms)
- You are able to motivate a diverse sales team.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is required. A basic knowledge of French is considered a plus.
- Result oriented and always looking for new opportunities.
