About the roleAt Aquablu, sales is where strategy meets execution. And right now, weâre ready to level up.
Weâre looking for a Sales Manager to lead and elevate our direct commercial motion, while actively exporting what works into our international partner ecosystem. This role sits right at the intersection of handsâon sales execution, coaching, enablement, and cultureâbuilding.
This is not a senior leadership role â and not a âjustâmanagingâfromâtheâsideâ role either.
Itâs a highâimpact playerâcoach position for someone who loves being close to deals, people, and performance. Someone who enjoys driving deal velocity with their teams, coaching what good looks like, and building winning sales cultures â while working closely with Rev Ops and GTM leadership.

What youâll be doingLead & execute direct sales (playerâcoach)
Coach and support 4â6 Account Executives in active deals
Join deal strategy, call prep/reviews, and closing moments
Set the bar for discovery, objection handling, and deal discipline
Act as escalation point for complex or highâvalue opportunities
Enable & evolve the BDR motion
Work closely with the BDR team on AIâsupported outbound and pipeline generation
Review calls (e.g. via Gong) and translate insights into playbooks
Reinforce strong messaging, qualification standards, and behaviors
Build learning loops through feedback and enablement rituals
Drive enablement into the partner ecosystem
Translate direct sales learnings into partnerâfacing enablement
Run partner workshops, enablement sessions, and field initiatives
Support partners across key markets (e.g. UK, Nordics, DACH)
Strengthen relationships through onâtheâground moments like events and dinners
Connect sales execution with Rev Ops & GTM
Partner with Rev Ops to improve pipeline quality and forecasting
Feed deal and customer insights back into systems and tooling
Strengthen alignment across Sales, Marketing, Success, and leadership

Experienced: You have 4â8 years of experience in B2B or B2C Sales, including handsâon sales leadership or coaching
Playerâcoach mindset: Youâve been a strong individual contributor and know how to transfer What Good Looks Like into playbooks and behaviors
Enablementâdriven: You enjoy coaching, workshops, feedback loops, and helping others win
Comfortable with mixed motions: Direct sales, BDRâled outbound, AIâsupported execution, and partner enablement donât scare you
Curious & growthâoriented: Youâre actively interested in AIâenabled sales, insight generation, and personal development
