The roleElockers is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in sales within the live events and technology space.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects to strengthen our sales pipeline as we continue to expand internationally. As our first dedicated BDR, you will help open new conversations and generate opportunities across festivals, venues, stadiums, and entertainment spaces.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales and receive hands‑on coaching and support as you develop.
Your responsibilities- Drive pipeline growth within your target markets
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to define target account lists and execute outreach campaigns
- Manage inbound leads while proactively building and qualifying outbound prospect lists
- Conduct high-volume outreach activities daily (calls, emails, Linked In, follow-ups)
- Maintain accurate and structured CRM documentation (activities, insights, next steps)
- Identify prospects’ operational challenges, timelines, budgets, and growth ambitions
- Understand their current locker or venue infrastructure setup and visitor flow
- Qualify opportunities and hand them over to the commercial team
- Support selected deals throughout the sales cycle when needed
- Contribute ideas to improve and refine our commercial playbook as we grow
At elockers, we believe learning and development are part of every role. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you do need to be ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has ideally 0–2 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or a commercial role
- Is interested in events, live entertainment, technology, or B2B sales
- Is comfortable making calls and handling high volumes of outreach
- Has basic familiarity with CRM systems such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Has strong time management and organisational skills
- Can work independently and take ownership of their targets
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Is native Dutch and fluent in English
- A salary between €3000 – €3500 gross per month (based on a 40‑hour workweek), depending on experience
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (from 7.5 km commuting distance)
- 25 vacation days (+ bank holidays) per year
