We are seeking a driven End-to-End Recruitment Sales Specialist to join our Amsterdam team.
This role is perfect for someone with some previous experience in sales or recruitment who is ready to take on a substantial challenge and further develop their skills in business development and managing the entire sales cycle.
What you will do- You will lead initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- You will develop and implement strategies to expand our client base, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects and new revenue streams.
- You will take charge of the entire sales process, from initial outreach to final negotiation and deal closure.
- You will build and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- You will connect with industry professionals and prospective candidates.
- Ideally you bring around a year of experience in sales or recruitment and a strong drive to succeed and excel in business development and sales.
- Your communication skills are top‑notch in English, with additional proficiency in Dutch and/or German being a valuable asset.
- You are enthusiastic about further developing your expertise and ready to take on more responsibility within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
- You excel in creating and maintaining professional relationships, with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of clients and candidates.
